Important Note:

You must be a patient of a participating Crozer-Keystone Health Network physician to use myCKHealth. To join the myCKHealth Patient Portal, please visit or contact your Provider's office to get started.

The myCKHealth portal will be discontinued on Friday, 9/24/21 in preparation for our transition to a new consolidated patient portal.

This fall, Crozer Health will be implementing a new Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system which will include a new patient portal, called HealtheLife, for both inpatient and outpatient care. This technology will enable us to have faster and more convenient access to your records wherever you go within the Crozer Health system and provide you with more efficient and effective care.

Prior to the HealtheLife launch, we encourage you to print from myCKHealth any records that you may want to save for the future, as they won’t be available online after the transition. However, you can always access your files from your primary care doctor’s office.

You can register for HealtheLife at your next doctor’s appointment.

Our physician offices lie at the heart of our healthcare delivery. For most patients, it is the communication hub where information is available about disease prevention and wellness. For others, it is the location from which care is coordinated.

The Primary Care Practices of Crozer-Keystone Health Network (CKHN) have teams of caregivers that include over 70 primary care physicians. Nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, medical assistants and other support staff work closely together with the physicians to coordinate and deliver care to the individuals they serve, treat illness and injuries, and promote health and well being in their patient populations.

Crozer-Keystone Health Network (CKHN) includes primary and specialty care physicians located at sites throughout Delaware County, who are committed to improving the health of our patients by focusing on wellness and interventions to lessen the complications of disease.

The Physicians of Crozer-Keystone are committed to all areas of health promotion and disease prevention. We strive to deliver care and services that are responsive to the needs of our patients--and we believe in the value of customer service as part of delivering quality health care.

The Physicians of Crozer-Keystone recognize that we owe our patients not only appropriate and effective technical care but also respect, punctuality, convenience, and access. Since we respect our patients’ expectations and value their time, many of our offices offer early morning and evening hours. We participate in all major insurance plans.
